8.Coop needs to raise some money post haste, to pay off his mortgage

9.coop needs to be ventilated to allow fresh air to flow through it to keep it
free of moisture and ammonia (Everyone loves properly ventilated Coop)

10.coop needs to post some pictures of cool memorabilia he has scored via his job
